BullBrain.ai offers three subscription tiers with different trading capabilities and features:

Trade Limits: Daily trade limits reset at midnight ET. Exceeding your plan's daily limit will prevent additional trades until the next trading day. Extended hours trading (pre-market and after-hours) is only available on the Advanced plan.
Payment Terms
Billing Cycle
•Monthly Subscriptions: Billed on the same day each month
•Annual Subscriptions: Billed once per year on the subscription anniversary date
•Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
•Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
•Debit cards
•ACH bank transfers (for annual subscriptions)
Currency
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Charges will appear in USD on your payment method statement.
Failed Payments
•If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to 3 times over 7 days
•You will receive email notifications about failed payments
•If payment cannot be processed after 7 days, your subscription will be suspended
•You have 30 days to update your payment method and restore access
•After 30 days, your account will be canceled and data may be deleted
Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:
•Available for first-time subscribers only
•Request a full refund within 14 days of initial subscription
•Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
•Funds returned to original payment method
Pro-Rated Refunds
•Monthly subscriptions: No pro-rated refunds after the 14-day guarantee period
•Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available if canceled within the first 90 days
•After 90 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
Service Issues
If you experience significant service disruptions or technical issues preventing normal platform use, contact [email protected]. We may issue prorated credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Management
Upgrades
•Upgrade to a higher tier anytime through your account settings
•New features take effect immediately upon upgrade
•You will be charged the prorated difference for the current billing period
•Your next billing date remains unchanged
Downgrades
•Downgrade to a lower tier anytime through your account settings
•Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period
•You retain access to current plan features until the billing period ends
•No partial refunds for downgrades
Cancellation
•Cancel your subscription anytime with no cancellation fee
•Access continues until the end of your current billing period
•No automatic refunds upon cancellation (subject to refund policy above)
•Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
•Reactivate anytime within 90 days to restore your account
Price Changes
BullBrain.ai reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be implemented as follows:
•Existing subscribers will receive 30 days advance notice via email
•Price increases take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice period
•You may cancel your subscription without penalty before the price change takes effect
•Continuing your subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new prices
•Annual subscribers retain their current price for the remainder of their annual term
Third-Party Fees
In addition to BullBrain.ai subscription fees, you may incur charges from third-party services. BullBrain.ai integrates with leading brokers like Alpaca, Interactive Brokers (IBKR), and others. Currently, the app works with Alpaca Markets accounts.
Broker Fees (Current: Alpaca Markets)
•Stock Trading: Commission-free
•Options Trading: $0.65 per contract (if applicable)
•Market Data: Real-time data subscriptions may have additional fees
•Regulatory Fees: SEC, FINRA, and exchange fees apply per transaction
BullBrain.ai does not charge payment processing fees. However, your bank or card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees if you are located outside the United States.
Taxes
Subscription prices do not include applicable taxes. Depending on your location, you may be charged:
•Sales Tax: For U.S. customers in applicable states
•VAT: For European Union customers
•GST: For customers in countries with goods and services tax
Tax amounts are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing address and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Subscription Requirement
BullBrain.ai does not offer free trials or a free tier. A paid subscription is required to access the platform and its features. However:
•All plans include access to Paper Trading Mode
•Test your strategies with virtual money before trading real capital
•Switch between paper and live trading modes anytime
•14-day money-back guarantee provides risk-free evaluation period
Account Termination by BullBrain.ai
BullBrain.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Terms of Service, including:
•Fraudulent payment methods or chargebacks
•Abuse of platform features or API access
•Violation of trading regulations or securities laws
•Sharing account credentials or unauthorized resale of service
In case of account termination by BullBrain.ai, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period unless termination was made in error.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Pricing Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our pricing structure, payment terms, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance. Your continued use of BullBrain.ai after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
